The mention is also clickable. Plus, it can be a great way to share user-generated content. If you ask your customers to tag you in their stories when sharing a product, you can create a series of stories with how your clients are sharing the content.
High engagement is a goal for many brands on Instagram. Glossier offers the perfect example of how you can ask for it—without seeming disingenuous.
Now here’s game-changer. For years, shopping on Instagram meant looking at a post, then going to a link in the bio, finding the product again, and purchasing it. Compare to that hassle, I can’t even believe how easy Instagram has made it, now implemented natively in the app.

- Use the latest version of the Instagram app on your phone.
- You must be in of these countries and follow the instructions to activate the feature.
- The business profile needs to be connected to a Facebook catalog.
- You need to have an Instagram business account.
- Your business must sell a good that complies with Instagram’s rules and guide.
