Meet Shannon

A determined athlete and pilot, Shannon was succeeding in both her professional and personal life. Tragically, at age 32, she suffered a stroke and had to start the process of starting her life over.

Unable to continue flying, Shannon looked for other ways to find fulfillment and challenge.

Before Start & Scale

Shannon had tried her hand at having an eCommerce store before, but had seen little success. It was after her stroke, that she had the idea for launching a store selling essential oils as she had found them to be an important part of her recovery.

“I’d been following Foundr for a while and I’ve really enjoyed the content and listening to Nathan’s podcasts. And when I saw that they were doing a course in conjunction with Gretta van Riel I decided to jump onboard.
