Nathan, I found this insight really great. These principles stand exactly alongside how I have been trying to build with my brand, and It has motivated me to keep on trying to make it be the best it can be. Thanks!

The perspective on your staff being willing to buy your product is an interesting one. I notice with a lot of business examples, it is really easy to grasp on a B2C level, but on a B2B level it is a tad more complex. Nevertheless, that commitment to a brand/product/service is a thought I’m going to file away for when I need to hire, as my staff is currently virtual and doesn’t interact with the customer. Good one!

Hi Nathan, I totally agree that leadership is important and is often overlooked. A team that is activally involved in the business instead of just working for you is much more efficient. This type of leadership to involve and trust the team is very common in the armed forces and for a good reason.
