For the past 10 years, Peter had been working as a successful digital marketing consultant. Landing clients and serving them effectively wasn’t a problem. But he was aware of one key flaw in his business model.
Even though Peter knew that commanding high rates for his services was fantastic for his financial well-being, he found that the business was too reliant on his own work.
“It wasn’t so much that I wasn’t earning the income, but it was the way that my income was derived,” Peter told us.
He wanted to lower the workload in his day-to-day, especially on tasks he hadn’t quite mastered but that were necessary to the success of his clients, while keeping his revenue high.
Faced with this challenge, he started with the intention of learning how to delegate some of his agency’s work and still keep his profit margins intact.
Soon after his enrollment, he learned an effective way to land three new clients without having to personally deliver the services needed, a new arrangement that has brought him between £4,000 to £7,000 ($4,870 to $8,530) in monthly revenue.
As Peter explained:
The biggest takeaway for me…has been to sell things that don’t involve me in the delivery, to sell things that I can have a team backing up, and to sell things that are recurring.
Business: The Ambitious Dietitian

One of the most famous business best practices states that to achieve success in any venture, an entrepreneur should “niche to win.”
That is, a business owner should define an audience so specific that when the offer is presented to them, it becomes immediately attractive. While that means you’ll reach fewer people, many of those you do reach will end up becoming clients.
That was the case for Brianna and her husband Daniel, who instead of offering the typical “business coaching,” she decided she’d use her experience as a dietitian to help others like her succeed in their own practices.
Despite her laser-focused positioning, she was struggling to attract enough leads to sustain her business. And when Brianna discovered she was pregnant with twins, she knew she needed to grow the business fast.
After enrolling in the course, Brianna improved their marketing plan, set up automation systems to lower the burden of their daily tasks, and developed “a robust business model” that would yield growth for months to come.
As soon as they started to implement each of these points, they noticed an increased number of high-quality leads—from 10 good leads they had generated the previous year to over 40 in the year since.
All the while, they generated a much higher profit than before, hitting $26,600 by the end of the second quarter of 2019.
For Brianna and Daniel, the main benefit of the course was that it was “really practical and we had that support at the time so we could implement it and get feedback on it.”

A tragedy many consultants face is getting bogged down with 40, 60, or even 80-hour workweeks without making enough money to satisfy their financial needs.
Such was the case for Mateo, who as the owner of a one-man digital marketing agency. He was working hours and hours and wasn’t able to generate over $3,000 in monthly revenue.
In retrospect, Mateo believes his problem was that he “was very disorganized,” and working on too many small projects. This one-shot type of work was costing him in the long run.
When he started his Foundr course, he was determined to break out from this rut and command the rates he knew his services warranted.
By the end of the course, the results paid off.
In just four months, he was able to increase his revenues by 658%, all thanks to better organization and structure.
After completing each and every module in detail, I have realized things could be done way better. My approach became very much structured. It was so easy to get new clients. I was using every single tactic in the course and they worked incredibly well for me.

One thing common among young entrepreneurs is their high energy and strong determination to succeed. This was the case for Amir, who had started his own paid media marketing agency after finishing college.
Relying on his business experience and his intuition, he started Amiracle Marketing with the intention of being his own boss and staying independent.
