Connor is the founder of The Essence Vault, a luxury fragrance brand. Still in the early days, Connor’s business faced many challenges, including being directly affected by COVID-19. So he sought a way to regain control of his brand’s revenue.
HOW HE USED ECOMMERCE MASTERS
Connor implemented two of the most important email flows (the Welcome Series and Browse Abandonment) he learned from the email marketing module.
Email marketing grew from 5% to 60% of The Essence Vault’s revenue while also experiencing a 20% increase in overall revenue.

Connor had been in hot water. He had a business called The Essence Vault which sold perfumes and aftershaves inspired by designer brands but at a lower price. They’d been facing staffing and stock issues so he was often too busy to focus on advertising and getting the word out about his brand.
Connor took the leap to hire an agency to come in and do Facebook ads for his company. But after the contract ended, Connor decided it would be best if he handled the creative in-house. That’s when Connor found the course.
However, COVID-19 hit and Connor’s business saw Facebook conversions for his brand dwindling. So he re-took the email Marketing module.
Immediately he began implementing the two most important flows: browse abandonment and the welcome email flow. After only three weeks, email marketing grew to account for 60% of total revenue.
Overall, Connor has seen a 20% increase in revenue after taking the course.
