Here’s a breakdown of what each video teaches:
Video 1: Why Consulting Is One of the Best Business Opportunities of Our Time
The world your parents and grandparents came up in, one where you could reasonably expect to go to college (without having to mortgage your future), get a comfortable job, and work there until you retire 35 years later, just doesn’t exist anymore.
On the upside, we’re living in the golden era of entrepreneurship, consulting, and freelancing. Our career paths are less certain, but we’re also no longer chained to corporate 9-to-5 jobs. Nowadays, anyone with a computer and an internet connection can start profiting from their skills.
You have the opportunity to start your own business and live your life on your own terms. You can make as much money as you want, work as much or as little as you need to, and set your own working hours as you please.
In this first of three training videos, Sabri starts by walking us through his own story—how he went from starting a business from his girlfriend’s apartment to transforming King Kong into a leading digital marketing agency.

Video 2: How to Turn Your Existing Skills Into a Profitable Business
One of the main problems that stop entrepreneurs from starting their own consulting businesses is the idea that they need decades of experience before they can close a client.
It’s the typical “paralysis by analysis” dilemma, where you get stuck agonizing about all the things you need to get into place before you can email one prospect. It’s a mindset you’ve got to get past. As Sabri explains in the video:
As consultants, we get paid to do one thing, and one thing only. And it’s not to collect fancy degrees, certifications, or join some over-hyped $10K mastermind. Your prospects don’t really care about any of that. All we get paid to do is to solve other people’s problems. That’s it.
You need to shift your thinking from becoming an expert to becoming a problem solver.
Obviously, a problem solver must be something of an expert, otherwise, they wouldn’t be able to solve their client’s problems in the first place. The goal, however, is to delete perfectionism from your mind so you can begin leveraging the opportunity you have within your grasp already.
In this second video of the series, Sabri suggests another way to look at this situation: “If you’re working at a job right now, you’re already selling your skills and services; you’re already getting paid to produce a result. So you’re already a consultant!“
Once Sabri has shattered the mental barriers stopping you from launching your consulting business, he talks about the strategy he uses to research his client base.
This is what he calls the “Halo Strategy,” and it’s the same approach he used to grow King Kong from a small agency to a multimillion-dollar consulting empire.

Video 3: Sabri’s Proven ‘Cut-and-Paste’ Templates for Landing Your First Client
When consultants start their own agencies, they all suffer from the lack of clients. Since they don’t have much proof to support their rates, they struggle to convince enough people to work with them.
It’s a vicious cycle that breaks many consultants in their first few months of operations.
A common strategy consultants use to overcome this issue is to lower their prices so as to entice their potential customers to purchase their services at a bargain rate.
This may work in some cases, but often it ends up backfiring. Not only do you lower your profit margins, but you also end up working with the wrong type of clients—the ones who ask for a lot, complain a lot, and pay little.
There’s no need to go through this pain, thanks to Sabri’s five-step process to finding your ideal prospects. In this third video of the series, Sabri explains this process requires you to:
- Pick an industry to focus on, and find your ideal client prospect
- Google public directories in that industry
- Compile the contact info and post a data mining job on a freelance platform
- Ask the data miner to compile the contact info into a spreadsheet, including name, email address, and company website
- Conduct mass outreach with a cold email outreach provider
You also need to use Sabri’s “set-it-and-forget-it” email automation strategy, which you can check out in the third video in the series. According to Sabri, this process doesn’t require more than $100. (Actually, he started with just $50.)
Remember, your only job is to figure out what problems your prospects have and deliver effective solutions to their problems. That’s all there is.
